Chili!! It gives the jalapeno time to seep in and infuse it more with heat and flavor!!

homemade curries definitely taste better to me the next day. Also, most cold salads that are pre-mixed.

Indeed. The day after, and sometimes even the next 2 or 3 days after Thanksgiving is a homerun for me, and for anyone else who may be hanging around when I break out the leftovers.

Already excited for my amazing fried turkey and mashed potatoes!
