How do I log my Les Mills Body Pump Workout burn?

So I just got the Les Mills Body Pump, and I didnt know my HRM was broke because its been so long since I used it...

How do log my workout?

Is there a MFP default setting I can use until I get a new HRM?

I hope this makes sense lol.

    I just took BodyPump this morning.....Les Mills bodypump already in the exercise cardio section. I just had to put in the minutes!
