Lift weights. Eat more protein. These things will result in more of your body weight lost being fat and not muscle.
I'd suggest 100-125 grams of protein and Stronglifts 5x5.0 -

I think Grendel is wrong. It's 1-1.5 per KILOGRAM of weight, not pound. That would be a lot of protien0
