what are good ways to lower your body fat %? i currently eat 1300 and these are my goal macros:

carbs-179
fat-43
protein-49
sodium-2500
sugar-26

    Lift weights. Eat more protein. These things will result in more of your body weight lost being fat and not muscle.

    I'd suggest 100-125 grams of protein and Stronglifts 5x5.

    you should be eating more protein. aim for 1-1.5 grams per pound of your weight.

    I think Grendel is wrong. It's 1-1.5 per KILOGRAM of weight, not pound. That would be a lot of protien
  • Grendel is right. 1 - 1.5g of protein per pound of lean body mass aka your weight minus body fat weight.
