Down 25 lbs, can you see a difference

I have lost 25 pounds in the past 3 months.
Been eating about 1400-1500 calories a day and working out 4-5 times a week (strength and cardio)
Can anyone see a difference?

You would notice the difference before others would - probably in the way clothes fit you. However, you should take pictures throughout your journey so that you can see the difference from start to finish. Don't give up and enjoy the journey.0

Ive lost 21lbs and looking in the mirror i cant tell but ive saw a big change in my clothes....depending on how much u weighed starting out ur not going to actually see a big difference in the way u look until u lose a lil more weight0
