10 months in almost to the day and I found enough courage to post this. Maybe by the next time I will have found enough to post my face also. I still have a weighs to go but I am happy with my progress so far! One pound a week almost exactly.

45 years old and 257 to 216 in 300 days:

and you always hear that weight loss isn't linear? BS! Just look at the constant downward trend:

HAHAHAHA! Yeah right, this is the last month up close:

And that is what it looked like most of the time. Up down up down but each down was a bit further down than the last one :wink:

I could never have done it without MFP!
