For over a month, I have seen no progress at all. I hit a plateau. And while I'm still 0.4 pounds away from losing an entire pound...I finally saw some different numbers on the scale today. And I finally feel like I could be making progress!

It just made my day!

YAY! You'll see the rest of it go in no time! Did you read Banks' post yesterday about plateaus? It's in General Discussion

So I read Banks' post on Plateaus, and I'm wondering, if I do absolutely NOTHING but what I've been doing (except switching up my routine and increasing my cardio a little because it's time to), will I eventually break the plateau?

just remember, when you only need to lose 10 lbs, a 1 lb loss is a BIG deal and can take a long time.

    Thanks, Banks.

And you're right...it can take a long time. And I'm counting on it to do just that. I'm just easily frustrated. My goal...is to reach my goal by the holidays. We'll see if I can do it. I have a few months yet!
