I am back on MFP after about a year and most of my weight loss friends have either deleted me or else have not logged in for months. The other day I had a loss of 5 lbs. and 1 person commented. So I think it's time to add some new friends. I am a 47 year old woman with 100 pounds to lose. Feel free to add me.

Request sent to you! I have lots to loose too and log daily and comment often. Would love to get to know you!
Anyone is free to add me, but please inculde a brief message about yourself. Its easier to get acquainted that way I have found. I started this journey back in June of this year and I was over 400 pounds. I will be on MFP for a looooong time and I have found that having a good, solid, core group of people to cheer me on and share in the ups and downs (because there will be many downs) of struggling to change eating habits and views is the best way for me to stay motivated everyday. Love my MFPals!

Remember that you are doing this for yourself....and no one else. Clean up your friends list and get a good support system. I know how important a good support system is.0
