Hello all. New to MFP after using another similar app. Great stuff here. Goal is to lose 60lbs as my first marker. Eventually 100lbs. Since starting a diet change and workout routine I've lost 30lbs. More to go. Have a good day.

  • Hi, I joined about a week ago and I really like this app and site! I have met some really nice folks The visuals are very simple, but for me they are have a real impact.     Best advice? Start reading threads in the forums or get involved in a group that interests you. When you find other people that have the same mindset, same goals, same age group, same sense of humor as you - send a friend request.

    The biggest mistake I made was just adding people before I knew who they were and what they were about. After 1 1/2 years, I have a group of like minded friends that are the best. You can find that too. Beware the friend collectors!
