Can anyone help! Lost an old KFC Recipe....

During a recent de clutter, OH got over excited in the kitchen and threw away my favorite ever recipe, and I'm lost without it!

So, it's from approximately 24 - 18 months ago, and it was on a show me your meals in pictures thread. It was for chicken breast KFC Styleeeee. It involved Breadcrumbs, a lot of different spices, and a very happy household whenever it was cooked. I've searched and searched, and I just can't find it

Can any of you wonderful people help me out? I would be eternally greatful and be able to pay you back in..... well.... interweb karma?

Thank you sweets. I've had a look but there are so many variations, I wasn't sure which one it was, hence coming here to see if anyone had the exacto version. I shall have to start at the top of the list and work my way down if not, which is some hardship, obviously!!!
