High Fructose Corn Syrup?

I just bought a bottle of Kraft Hot BBQ Sauce, it was my first time buying a barbecue sauce and I don't regret it, it's super tasty with lots of flavor to boost anything.
The thing is, the first ingredient is High Fructose Corn Syrup. The product contains 10 g of sugar per serving (35 grams).
I'd normally just have one serving every other day, or three times a week at most.
Would that be Okay as long as it fits my daily calorie budget or should I reconsider it?

Expect to read shortly that HFCS is toxic and will kill you.
Personally I don't see a problem.0 -
Staying out of the HFCS debate, but if you like the Kraft BBQ sauce, you should try Stubbs. The Spicy is very good!
