Starting weight 240 :blushing: .I have been working out for a little over a month now. So basically just starting my jouney to fitness after having my daughter now 1.5 years old. I also have 3 other daughters all still school age and very supportive of their mom. My goal is to try and eat healthy and get in atleast 3 workouts a week doing zumba and turbo kick at the gym. I am also a working mom and don't really have the support of my husband who is a stay at home dad. Weight loss goal is 70 pounds and I have lost 13 pounds so far and hoping to get down to a healthy weight. Would love to form a support group and share thoughts and ideas on healthy recipes, exercise, healthy foods, etc.. or just talk story. Aloha, Sika
