Lost 20 lbs so far. It feels great wearing size 14 jeans and feeling them slowly slipping off.

Here are some before and after pics.

Me at 185 lbs and 44" In April 2009

Aug 4th 2010 183 lbs and 42"

Sept 4th 2010 168 lbs and 38"

Me now at 165 lbs and 38" taken on October 29, 2010
