Easy exercise home routine?

I'm not looking to lose weight as my BMI is great already. My calorie intake is usually at or below 1200 and my weight can go up and down 5-10lbs any given month. I'm so lazy when it comes to exercising and was looking for some suggestions for a home workout? Summer is over and I use to get my "workout" activities done while doing outside chores. All my weight tends to go to my stomach, would like to work on that area the most.

Define easy. Are you looking for convenience? If so, take up running - don't need a gym for that. I don't know what your weight is, but 1200 calories or less a day is just not enough. Eat more, but exercise more. Also you cannot target your stomach if you actually want to lose weight, which you stated you do not want to do. But you can do ab workouts to try to strengthen what you've got.0 -
Quick but challenging is 30 Day Shred, you will be much stronger and lose inches. Running is also great because it doesn't take any equipment (other than shoes) and you can run for as long or as short of a time as you have.0

I second that and would also add T-25! In 25 mins you have a full blown workout that has been condensed and is very effective. I also enjoy Chalene in Turbo Jam. Beachbody workouts are my favorite (no, I am not a coach). :flowerforyou:0
