Music that keeps you motivated?

Options
I'm sure this is posted often but I'm also sure I'm not the only one who's music taste changes on a weekly basis.

So what kind of music keeps you pushing when you feel like nothings left?

I myself prefer angsty music like Sevendust, SOAD when I feel like giving up. Headstrong by Trapt is always the generic go-to, too. As for just the regular struggle of working out I like to listen to pop/rap music!

I just need something upbeat. I've been playing around with Slacker Radio trying to find a good workout station, but it's proving difficult... I've settled on HipHop Workout or something for now, but I'm less than thrilled about it.

I started my dredgemill run each day this week with Fall Out Boy - My Songs KNow What You Did In the Dark (Light Em Up).

Awesome song to run to when you trying to get the circulation started.

My running playlist is full of dubstep. High tempo and gets me pumped up.

I prefer to lift to hard rock like Avenged Sevenfold.

All my music is as old as me, soooo you likely have never heard it. HaHa

A mix of early Allman Brothers, Led Zeppelin, Bob Seger.
Recently added some Molly Hatchet, Stevie Ray and ZZ Top for gym activities.

The fluctuating tempos give me good intervals during cardio exercises.

when I'm lifting--Marilyn Manson, Godsmack, Lenny Kravitz, Disturbed.

When I do Cardio--more upbeat 80's kind of tunes.

P!nk keeps me going when I'm feeling low

Got lots of dance music for cardio (mixture of pop and "popular" music)

I dont listen to music when I lift. I cant focus on form when I'm trying to dance

I listen to 90's hip hop on Pandora. I've tried to listen to other music, but that music does the trick for me. lol I normally won't listen to any kind of hip hop.
