My name is Carli and I am new to myfitnesspal. I am currently 194.5 lbs. My starting weight was 208 lbs. My goal is to be 145 lbs. Just looking for friends to share recipes and tips and new ideas. I would love to talk so feel free to add me. I in return will help in being a positive influence.

Hi Carli While I don't have any fun ideas or recipes, I am a pretty interative friend! lol. I am 5'9" and have lost about 20 lbs in the last year and looking to lose about 25 more. I am around 185 right now. I am trying to live and believe in the "this is a lifestyle change" rather than a "diet"...I struggle sometimes but am going for it!
