Does anyone wanna be a weightloss buddy to help me stay on track and meet my goals? I'm thinking someone who will support me and I will support them.

    I would love to. It always helps having someone else to support you. I go well logging my food through the week but forget to on the weekend and this is where I am more likely to cheat.

  • I too would like to begin with a support group. It's more fun.
    Also new just started this morning did abs T25 Had no guidance I believe
    I did the wrong one first? Tomorrow I'm going to do cardio and the other one I'm actually lying down right now
    Going on memory but since I would like to be on tract for week 1 by Friday I'll do min-Tuesday tomorrow then Friday I'll do Thursday & Friday. 2 days for an hour won't kill me.
