Do you like them thick or...

"liquidy"
I add some FF creamer ,PB, 2 cups of Ice and a bit of salt in My protein shake. I can not drink Protein shakes unless they have an Ice cream like consistency, otherwise it makes me Gag. How about you, thick or ?

THICK. I spend the extra cash on ON Casein for this very reason. Do NOT buy bodybuilding.com casein! It has the consistency of SAND!!!

On workout days I throw in bananas, sometimes I put my Chobani yogurt in there. Sometimes I do one scoop of whey & 1 scoop of casein (make my own trutein), throw in the egg whites...

If it's thick through the straw... JAW workout!!! SUCK IT! lol

I also like to have a thicker consistency for my shakes. When I have enough time I like to make a protein pudding or ice cream instead of ´just a shake´.
I love all those creative recipes that are made with protein powders. Ice creams, puddings, truffles, soufles, pancakes, waffles, muffins, sludges, bars etc.
Just try to be creative :D

There are special straws for THICK shakes. They're much WIDER and allow for sucking through more at a time  So you don't have to work too hard for it.
