    I guess because I see myself everyday the changes were not that obvious to me however today someone I had not seen in a while said that they didn't recognise me which made me check out last years photos of myself...

    What do you think?

    Thank you I am a work in progress but its these changes that spur me to try harder by taking each day at a time, :)

    You do look different, but I'm sure that you carry yourself differently, too, both physically and mentally. Way to go!
