I can go either way, depending on the protein's flavor (i usually get chocolate, which i like more "liquidy" but when I buy vanilla, it HAS to be the same consistency as like, an icecream shake.)0

Liquidy, trying suck down something thick gives me a headache.
There are special straws for THICK shakes. They're much WIDER and allow for sucking through more at a time :bigsmile: So you don't have to work too hard for it.
I don't like straws, they just get in the way. Lips, gums, throat then tummy.0 -
Too thick can be a little hard to take in, I like it somewhere in the middle.0
