Motivation Buddy

I am 29 stay at home mom with 3 kids. The youngest is an extremely needy baby girl and an ADHD 5 year old boy. I was doing really well working out and eating better for about a week and a half but kind of lost my umph to do it everyday. My kids are stressful. When I get stressed I eat. Not good I know. I would love someone to be a motivator for me. Some one to send daily emails back and forth to see how each other are doing. I think that would help. I am 5ft 8in and about 148lbs. I want to lose between 10 to 15lbs.
