Anyone have recipes for Maruchan Ramen noodle chicken seasoning or at least know the nutritional info for just the seasoning in Maruchan's version?

  I don't but its a lot of sodium. I'd just count the whole pack as sodium, honestly. Sorry I'm not much help. I only use half the pack when I make ramen
