This is the most epic and inspiring Twerk Choreography. Tried to teach myself this and it made me realize how badly 1) i need to up my squats 2) do more yoga because mama aint that flexible apparently 3) dancing is an amazing workout LOL.

    also if you have a place near you that has pole dancing classes they might have twerk classes to.

    ohh girlll...ive seen big freedia a few times ....confession : I was part of the big freedia - most people twerking at once guiness world record ....::embarrassed::


    Pole dancing is a really popular ATHLETIC class in Holland (highschool + college!!). Not sure how I trully feel about that lol... So many of my dutch friends have poles in their house because its just so "normal" for them as a hobby...weird!
