Sodium Intake

I have a limit of sodium intake of 2500 but I have high blood pressure and should be only having 1500 how do I lower my sodium if every thing you eat has sodium in it.

I keep my sodium @ 1500 or lower. No problem. Don't eat restaurant foods or most things that come in bags and boxes. Stay away from cheeses and processed meats like deli lunch meat and any sausage types (brats, Italian Sausage). All that "convenience" type stuff is loaded with sodium.0

eat more vegetable either as salad (without added salt and with some homemade dressing without salt) or as a stir fry without fish sauce or soy sauce or plain steamed
see whether you can go back to basics.
