Hey
Just a quick question - I happen to notice my Daily Calorie Deficit has gone from 500 to 460 this has made my projected weight loss 0.9 lbs/ week - why is this?
I havn't changes any settings or anything, just my weight earlier today. Does this have something to do with it? Sorry if it seems like a silly qyuestion - any answers will be happily recieved!

As you go down in weight, your BMR goes lower also. Congrats on the loss.0

Not sure if this has to do with it but MFP will never bring your calories below 1200 so you won't go into starvation mode.0

Hey - thanks for that - very useful
I just set my setting to 1lb a week in the setting / goals bit (or reset -since I thought it was set to 1lb per week loss) and im down from 1,320 cals per day to 1,280.. I take it it is ok to do this... I know it's not good to go below 1,200 per day.
is this calorie reduction to do with the BMR again?!
