165 lost 50 to go...Here I am

Hello folks,
I am Patty. I have lost 165lbs so far through clean Paleo eating and consistent workouts. Back home I crossfit 4-5x a week but I am currently in Uganda so getting creative with my workouts. I have helped two friends loose also...one is at 30lbs lost the other lost 65lbs and joined the military. My last 50lbs have been the hardest. I am new to my fitness pal because I don't really care about calories or exactly how much I weigh. I lost the weight so far by working hard, eating when I needed to and cutting out processed crap. That said I have found writing down things has helped with accountability lately and I want to finally be in normal sized clothes.

Would love to make friends along the way!!!
