Calling all fitness gurus! I need a workout plan!

I have lost almost 20 lbs in the past couple months and I am almost at my goal weight! I have also lost a lot of muscle tone though, I have three kids and I am a stay at home mom so the gym is not an option. I need something I can do for 20-30 minutes a day to build muscle tone back up. I have adjustable dumbbells but not much else - someone make me a workout plan!

    I use this site to come up with my plans (no guru here). Exercises are listed by area and muscle and each has multiple options for dumbbells, machine, body weight, etc. I take a template and then pick 6 compound exercise.

    I love using FitnessBlender workouts on youtube....I think they would be great for you. You definitely feel the burn and they have a lot of workouts specifically for toning
