60lbs Gone!

A couple years ago, I started taking short walks between classes with a couple of friends I made in my art classes. I always knew I was overweight --- I have been since I was 10 or 11. I decided, on a whim, that since I was walking with my friends, I should try watching what I ate too, just to see what happened. One of my new friends was trying to lose her baby weight, and it would be fun to lose weight along with someone. It was something I needed to do, anyway.

And now, here I am, 60 pounds later. I went from 214 to 153.4! I still have about 15 left to lose to be at a healthy BMI, but it shouldn't be much longer now!
