So i just started doing Jillian Michaels biggest loser last chance workout dvd and my GOSH! that kicked my booty big time. of course that was the first time i have used weights and doing weight training.. wow i never sweated that much in years haha!!! i say TRY IT OUT! i will be doing this for a while then i will so her 30 day shed!! can't wait!!!:drinker:

    I adore Jiliian Michaels. If I was on BL I would definitely want her to be my trainer! Have you ever tried anything from Chalene Johnson or Jackie Warner? They're amazing as well!

    I just started the 30 shred yesterday and i cant walk today :( It felt amazing, i took today off, im going to start up tomorrow and do it 5 days aweek :) GOOD LUCK! you can do it!!

    I agree - it took me 7 days to get through the first level - the 2nd level is easier.
