Need a good workout routine

I need a good workout routine I can do every day. I have school at 7:30 though so I don't have much time during the morning but I come home at about 3:00 pm so I have lots of time in the afternoon.
I just need something that includes bench presses, situps, pushups, and maybe bicycling

join a gym and do classes. they tend to have them in the afternoon when you have free time plus you could do all the things you mentioned there too0

i do bench press decline incline skullcrushers flys and deadly 7s one day then i do curls ins and outs squats preacher curls and a couple other things and i start insanity monday0

They have Jillian Micheal's 30 Day Shred at Wal-mart for $9. Each level is 20 minutes long.0

Thanks a lot, I found a workout routine that fits my schedule and I can increase the intensity whenever and however I want, thanks for all the ideas
