An awesome photographic depiction of thanksgiving plates full of food, you get to guess how many cals per plate!

Some of that stuff I couldn't even tell what it was. I'm not much for the cranberry sauce, yams or deserts but love the turkey and my wife's homemade rolls.

Not going to worry about calories . Planning on enjoying the holiday and just eat smaller portions than I used to.

Eating smaller portions is what I do anyway. I will exercise like I always do and not going to worry myself with the calories. I will treat Thanksgiving like any other meal, eating plenty of the healthy foods and less of the not so healthy.

Not saying you have to care, but I think it's good to know. Especially since some have to attend more than one thanksgiving meal.

I couldn't tell what a lot of those foods were, but I the calorie counts were lower than I'd expect.
