This week I will...

Okay, so it's Monday and I had a lot of pizza yesterday. I need some accountabilibuddies.
This week I will...
- limit my processed sugar consumption to 2 squares of dark chocolate at night
- limit my flour consumption to no more than 1 serving per day
- limit my dairy consumption, hopefully none at all (I should mention I don't count eggs as dairy)
- go for a power walk every morning
- get to sleep by 11pm
- drink 2L of water
My diary is public, please feel free to add me as a friend, look the my diary and call me out or support me when possible!
I should mention that I wear a Jawbone UP fitness tracker, which means I don't log exercise into MFP, I log it into the UP app and the two are linked. The UP app then adjusts my calorie goal depending on the daily activity. That's is what the UP adjustment is under my exercise.
Anyone else have a "this week I will" they would like to share?

I'm glad you don't count eggs as dairy... since they're not dairy. at all.
they're poultry.
great goals, otherwise! I need to just try to stay within my calorie goals... that would help me greatly.0 -

You're right, they aren't dairy at all. But some people are confused on that and I find it best to clarify from the get go. Especially when you're asking for accountability from the public.0 -
Good goals! Olive Oil is a tough one for me too!0

I like how you're very specific and how you said what you will do and not what you will not do. In my opinion, that would be a lot easier to follow because you are more exact.
This week I will

- Walk/run 5 miles 3x
- Do 5 minutes of yoga a day

-Not make bad food choices.
I have more, but this is only a week and I want to accomplish the above said goals. I can and will do this!0 -

5.) ask my mom to have certain "go to" foods available during Friday thanksgiving celebration (salad, steamed veggies).0 -
Great post!! To easy to use the holidays as a reason to fly off the handle!
Plan for the week:
5 workouts @ 1 hour each (except Thanksgiving...my workout center is doing a 1&1/2 hour class!)
Stay within my caloric limit each day
Limit myself to one diet coke/day--have been drinking much more than I prefer lately...
....which leads to more water consumption!!0 -

People count eggs as dairy? o-o
Annnd this week... I will... Stay within my calorie limits, stay way down on sodium. Pretty sure I have a ton of water retention because of my high sodium days lately(I had a small bag of movie popcorn, and it said it only had like, 200 mg of sodium, but I really don't believe that, because that night my weight jumped up 4 pounds.) Hopefully get rid of my water weight, and still eat things i like.0
