Started going to the gym on May 31st 2013, at first it was just a thing where I would go to the gym only when my friend wanted to go, then after a month, it became a regular routine and I look forward to go to the gym everyday. I started at 240lb, the heaviest I'e ever been and felt terrible about myself. With proper diet and gym everyday I've reached many of my goals. First goal was 200, then 190, then 180 and then 170. Now I have reached my final goal of 160 and I would like to slowly start to maintain and gain a bit of muscle mass . I went from XL shirts to Small and size 36 pants to size 28 (Canadian/american) Now here's my before and after pics
Now I think it's a time to finally show my results

Great job! Now the hard parts begins: transitioning to a maintenance diet, switching from a project mindset to a life style mindset at the proper level. I have found that the more difficult task. Good luck!0
