Hi! I found this awesome website yesterday and after one day, it has quickly become one of my favorite :love: websites. So, here I am introducing myself. I have twenty pounds to lose. My goal is set for January 1st. In that time I have other goals, creating more muscle mass, exercising six days a week, including cardiovascular and strength training and maintaining a healthy diet.

  • Hey! Joined yesterday after I heard about it in a blog and sooo happy i did. I am pretty confident that this will help me lose the weight. My aim is to lose weight but I'm sure that will soon develop into toning and such. My main goal is to eat less as I already ice skate 4 times a week. I'm not obese but definitly chubby, so if anyone else is trying to lose those extra pounds please add me, support is much appreciated
