New Day, New start.

OK new day, and new start, i need to stay accountable to my diet, my fitness goals and my self. I need your help and support please and thank you!!!

    I wish you the best of luck, but these things always come from within. Support and encouragement is great but at the end of the day you are the only one getting yourself up and active, you are the only one controlling your intake. No matter how great your friends are, no matter how hard they cheer or how much they support you when you are falling, you're still the one doing the work.

    You're right. Today is a new day. I recommend starting a journal. Every time you want to over eat, every time you want to skip a work out, every time you think "screw it, I don't care" start to write. Write about what's on your mind, write about your goals, write about the things that make you happy and what will make you unhappy.

    Action and self care will get you a lot further than any kind of support group.
