    awsome Simon, i love it that you made a life change as a fmaily not only for yourself.
    Trying to get my wife also to join a healthier life but she always keep coming with excuses.
    BUT believe i wouldnt give up, she will be joining soon or later ;-)

    Thanks mate. It has always been about changing to become a healthier Husband and Dad. It took a LONG time to come to that realization though. I'm sure with positive encouragement will also join in. Keep charging!
