Binged for three days eating about 4000 calories each day! I have gained about 3 kg, normally I weigh about 62kg! I'm really panicking cause I feel and look disgusting, how long will you think it will take me to lose the 3kg!? Because I gained it fast will I lose it fast?

Only your body will know how long it'll take to lose any gains. At this point, the only thing you can really do is just accept what happened and move on. No biggie! Remember how you feel now so you can keep that in mind the next time you feel like binging but don't beat yourself up over it because you can't go back in time. Just vow NOW to get back on track and take full responsibility for the outcome.
You've got this! Just commit to getting back on track and you'll be fine!

then your performance at the gym will be that much better because of your caloric surplus

Take a deep breath, put it down to experience, all be it a bad one. In a day or two any extra water, and saltnetc will have been removed from your system and things will not feel so bad. It might take a little longer to get back to exactly where you were, but call it an education. You could go for a walk which will use some of the additional calories.
Take care
and don't forget to keep logging tomorrow is another day0 -
Knuckle down over the next few days - you will lose it if you set your mind to it.The easiest thing in the world is to think 'ive had a bad few days - the diet is off' NOOO!

I think that all depends on you and if you're going to keep eating crazy and go back to the gym. Stop trying to lose weight FAST! Try and lose weight HEALTHY and it will stay off, plus you'll be less likely to do that again!0

Pick up where you left off at! Remember where you was headed and how far that you have came. Get back on track now! You can not change what you did yesterday but you can make better choices today.0

Don't worry, you didnt gain 3kg of fat, you are just mostly retaining water from an increased sodium intake.
As for what you do after a binge? You pick yourself up, dust off your pants, and continue on. 3 or 4 days is meaningless in the long run, so dont sweat it.
However, this IS an opportunity for you to step back and reevaluate your diet to determine why you went on a binge. Are you consuming too few calories? Are you restricting certain foods?0 -

This!
Everyone has days like this..I had a few myself last week where I was significantly over for 3 days. It happens. Take this as an opportunity to figure out WHY and think about a strategy that might help you next time you face this scenario. If you are restricting too much then you might need to ease up a little bit.0
