This is day 10 for me here on MyFittnessPal, and I am now 3 pounds lighter.

Before I started on here I had been eating a careful diet but not really paying attention to calories as well as I should have, and was very slowly dropping weight...more like a pound a month.

So in 10 days is 3 pounds too fast? I sure hope not! This is fun!

    Sounds like you're doing great :)

    I think 3lbs is about right when you first start. It may slow a little from here on, but you're definitely on the right path.
  • It really just depends on your body type, but at first, I wouldn't say it's bad at all. Keep up the excellent work!

    I'm new too! I think we should enjoy the early quick gains for all they're worth while preparing ourselves that it's going to slow down soon.
