Calorie Counting

So I am new to this....calorie counting thing. Under my food diary it says how many calories I should consume daily....then adds a few hundred when I add exercise into my day. Do I really want to eat back the calories that I have burned off through exercise?....or should I just stick to the daily recommendation before exercise?

Yes. you should try and eat the calories you have burnt. Thats the advice I am getting from all the experts here. Good Luck.0

Eat those cals!!! You'll go into starvation mode if you don't!!0
