I'm doing it for the right reason......

Hi,

In looking over a number of sites, this one seemed to be very user friendly with a lot of support. I took part in our cities Biggest Loser last year and lost 33 pounds and looked great! I only had to lose another 10 to reach my goal. Well, I thought I was so smart and all and didn't need to weight in once a week, or journal my food. Well, BIG MISTAKE! I now have to lose 30 pounds to reach my goal. Yep, gained 20 pounds back. My family is very supportive, and I really want (and need) to do it this time and stick with it. I have very active and in shape teenage daughters, and they are motivating me more than ever. We as a family have been working out more at the gym, and doing outside activites. I would love to be part of a buddy system. I'm in my mid 40s and just want to get healthy and in shape. And also, I've got this pair of jeans I've been dying to get into. So, now I'm up to this personal challenge of mine! I CAN DO IT!:smile::smile:
