Eating right, exercising and gaining weight?? Help!! :(

Hey guys I'm having a tough time losing weight.. I was on birth control for a yr and I've been off for a year and a half... I was losing a few pounds, then gained a few more, it's depressing when u think you're losing weigt then it goes back up again I went from 189-232 eating the same exact foods I always have on weight watchers I log all my calories. I exercise 30 minutes at least 3 x a week but stopped this week due to thinking it was muscle and that I would start to lose weight agin that didn't help.. I have gained 7 pounds in the last 3 weeks for NO reason at all.. I just don't understand it's completely ruined my self esteem! I can't help but wonder if I have a hormone imbalance that is still messing me up from the pills? Dr checked my blood and apparently my thyroid is fine even though I have the symptoms of it..he said it might be pcos but hasn't tested it yet.. I'm thinking about taking dim detox since i read its good for when you have hormone imbalance.. I just don't know what else to do I've tried every diet known to man it seems like and can't lose even a pound?? I'm so depressed.. I even tried plexus slim for a week and the scale didn't budge at all! Here's a list of what I normally eat maybe u can tell me what I'm doing wrong? I always stay within my 33 ww points for the day and I've been drinking water..
Breakfast eggs, low fat blueberry muffin or banana pancakes
Lunch Taco Bell fresco crunchy taco and a few fiesta potatoes
Or I might fix a burger without the bun with a side salad
Dinner grilled chicken salad cheese, few bacon bits, olives tomatoes, onions banana peppers and pickles
Or potato soup and a few saltine crackers
I've been trying to stay away from bread and pasta I've even lowered my intake of diet sodas
I might snack on whole grain chips but not all the time I've only been eating 3 meals a day with no snacking
I always try to get a salad when I go out to eat
I ate similar to this in 09 on ww and lost 60 pounds in a yr
I just don't understand how I can't be losing any weight at all for what I'm eating I should be losing at least a pound every few weeks but the scale keeps going up.. I'm not pregnant, not taking any type of meds..
If anyone could give me their input on this or reccomend anything at all it would be greatly appreciated i still think pill messed me up I still have mood swings and feel depressed all the time.. And of course weight gain especially around my hips and thighs I have so much fat on my hips and it won't come off..I feel like I keep getting bigger.. I can't fit into my jeans anymore.. Ugh..

It's not so much about eating right as much as it is about eating the right amounts. Are you measuring your servings?0

Well, I cannot see your diary, so it is hard to give advice. If I had to guess, and if PCOS is not an issue, I would say that you are not logging EVERYTHING that you eat or are underestimating your portions.0

Yes I am measuring my servings I always measure then log it.. I always use the ww book which tells me what to eat of each item and go by that
I only eat until I feel full..
I'm thinking its due to me having a slow metabolism but my doctor refuses to help and just tells me to exercise more i am always walking.. My husband and I walked a few miles a day here recently and that's when I started gaining the weight so I'm afraid to even exercise or eat now
Jus makes me want to starve myself but that's the worst thing u could do0 -
If you aren't losing you aren't in a deficit. Your metabolism isn't messed up, that's a very rare occurrence and usually comes with disease. Open your diary if you really want advice.0

I use myfitnesspal everyday and write down my results i never go over 1300 calories a day which with my bmr I should be losing weight like crazy..
And for me to have lost 60 pounds eating the same amount of fiber fat, etc a few years back before the bc.. it just doesn't make sense..
I tried earing 800 calories a day a few months back and still didn't lose0 -
Were you doing the WW plan where veg (and maybe fruit too?) were 0 points? You still need to count veg and fruit.
Assuming PCOS is not an issue, clearly something you are doing is NOT working.
Weight loss is calories in vs calories out so it's more than likely something is happening with your intake. What is your daily calorie goal? What is your weight loss goal per week? Are you weighing all solids and measuring all liquids (including condiments and things like cream in your coffee)? Are you being honest about everything that you are eating?0 -

I never could lose weight on weight watchers - I always ended up gaining a few. The program just doesn`t work for me.
I am struggling with a plateau now as well and get very frustrated but we just have to keep choosing healthy options and maybe lose it slower than most people.0 -
