First time!!

Hey all!
This is my first time doing anything like this. I have been on MFP for a while, but I'm just now really using it. I am a little mixed up and not sure what the best strategy for weight-loss is. If anyone has suggestions and workouts they'd like to share that would be awesome!

  • hi it the first time i got real with myself and need to get the weight off for my kids as i 40 in a few weeks and be a first time gran and just want to be around for a long time even gave up smokeing so he goes so be nice :happy:

    Make responsible decisions with food and exercise and let nature take its course. You are going to get lots of advice. It will come at you with words like always, only, never or just ignore that. Even though we are all human, we are unique as individuals. Some need high fats and protein while others can eat 6 oz. portions of pasta. Use the tools provided here and you will find the sweet spot for you. Anyone can add me as a friend. I will not impose on you as to how to eat and I'm not the cheerleader type with canned messages. But if you ask me anything I will share my failures and success equally with you so you can make decisions for youself
