30 day challenges - OOPS!

So I have been extremely good during these..much to my amazement! I have done them faithfully every day as well as keeping up with my running and my eating....until Monday afternoon. Somehow something happened, and I've lost motivation, I guess. I haven't run since Sunday (I'm ok with that - I have a 5K tomorrow!) But I've eaten over cals on Mon & yesterday..
Anyway, the reason for my posting is, I haven't done my 30 day challenges for either Monday or Tuesday. Should I just chalk then up as losses & start with today & continue on the rest of the month since there are only a few more days left or somehow try to "catch up" on them today? I kinda nervous about doing that, as I have a 5K tomorrow, though.
I'm still trying to figure out my next round of 30 day challenges, too...
