New :) Sort of lol. :P

Hi Everyone, I am Michaela
I'm kinda new here i been back and forth swaying lol but here to stay now.

I have brought myself a polar to keep track of my calories burned and going to carry on with shaun T and insanity and fit in running some how three days a week.

I'm also planning on eating as clean as i can and weigh my foods and hopefully know what goes in my body.
i can not cook i find it rather dull and on a extremely tight budget so i will prob just eat same kinda stuff every day, dull but i need to start eating better i have inches of fat so id rather eat dull than be what i am atm.
eventually once i got use to working out i want to start lifting weights and be a little more than toned

i would love some freinds that could enable us to help each other etc
