Im so excited to have started my weight loss journey again and because this time it seems to have stuck! Of course there are the days that I feel like eating something and I let myself have it but I keep it very portion controlled. Today I actually got a compliment from my husband telling that I looked nice today and gave me a hug which took me by surprise! It made me feel great and even though I know I am doing this for me but its nice to know that he is taking notice!!!and letting me know...Can not wait to keep on my journey because so far I am on the right track.:happy:
