    Halloweens past and present (Pics)

    A couple of my MFP buds were asking to see before and after pics. I posted a thread a while back when I hit the 50 lb mark, but thought it would be fun to upload Halloween photos. My total loss (51 lbs) is over a time span of 4 years. It's been a slow process but the good news is it's STAYING OFF. In the past year, (since last Halloween) I lost 16 lbs, but in addition, have been toning and building muscle.

    Here are some pics - The old ones are from Halloween 2007 (I think) - I was dressed up as Willie Nelson (one of my faves), and showing off my pumpkin lookalike. This year's pics show the LBD I worked for months to fit into.... we went as a vampire coven. (Is coven the right word?)

      LOL - thank you! :) I tried to re-size the photos so that they're not all big - but ended up making them even bigger. Don't know how that happened. Oh well. :ohwell:

      Right? :) Sometimes I forget it doesn't seem like there's much change at all b/c it's been so slow and gradual that it can be hard to see. Then the other day I found a bunch of old pictures and it really was surprising. Make sure to take lots of "before" pics and forget about em - when you find them in a year or so, you'll be so glad you did it!
