19 and down 79lbs

It's been about a year since I've been consistently lifting (and around 2 since I've started losing weight), but I didn't have a lot of before pictures so this is a picture from prom (back in May) to where I am now. My weight is more or less stayed the same this entire year, actually. I've been fluctuating in the 190s since January but I look totally different. 79lbs down and counting from 2012 to now. I can never break past my barrier of 191 (which is where I am now) but hopefully I can crack it this year. I'm trying to compete in a bikini competition next fall (:

Well whatever you do, don't give up, you look great. Maybe you can try changing something - either your exercise routine or diet. Anytime you do something a little different you will notice a change. Maybe cutting sugar or bread or adding some cardio (just suggestions, only you will know what you are doing now and if there is something you can tweak or do differently.
I recently started lifting so I am impressed by everyone that does!0 -

When I realized I had hit 191, I ignored my calories for 2 weeks. i just didn't count and ate what I wanted and noticed a 6lb loss (from 197 to 191). I have to go on a serious cut now but I've started doing more cardio. (: Strict strict diet. Blech.0 -

Congratulations on your loss to date
If you have not been seeing any decrease in your weight in 12 months your intake and/or macros need adjustment
What are your current calorie and macronutrient goals?0 -
