Weight loss is dependent on eating at a calorie deficit. Exercise is for fitness.
The best workout is one that you will do. It is ideal, in my opinion, to have both cardio and resistance/strength training in your weekly routines.0 -
Just starting out? Walking is always good to start with, if you're not very fit. build up to jogging and then running. Bike riding is also awesome. Lifting heavy stuff can help too, but like I said, start slow. It's not rocket surgery0
