Best way to lose weight/ keep weight off in the stomach?

Hi all. This is an issue that has frustrated me for years. Is there anything out there to avoid gaining weight in your stomach? Foods to stay away from? Foods to eat? Exercises that work? It seems every time I pack on weight it ends up there. I know that's unhealthy for all sorts of reasons. Any input is greatly appreciated!

    You can't spot reduce and there are no foods that eliminate belly fat. Unfortunately for most people that's the first place it shows up and the last place to leave.
  • Cardio Cardio Cardio! I had a 3' FUPA and now it's abt 2" in depth from Cardio in a month!!!

    I have found that reducing my sugar intake helps to keep my stomach smaller...try reading the Belly Fat Cure by Jorge Cruise...and extra cardio :-)
