1) Eat an apple or banana instead of a chocolate bar or
cereal bar.

2) Fix 1 cup of turkey chili with beans rather than regular
chili with no beans.

3) Snack on a portion of nuts instead of regular potato chips.

4) Replace 1 large flour tortilla with 1 six-inch corn
tortilla.

5) Drink water instead of carbonated drinks. If you

    5) Drink water instead of carbonated drinks.

    or use sparkling water with squash or juice (lemon juice especially) to make your own fizzy drinks.

    6/ instead of a sandwich (with bread), have all the fillings you wanted on a ricecake.

    7) Use plain greek yogurt mixed with a little mayo mixed in for flavor instead of all mayo in tuna/chicken salad recipes.

    also try La Tortilla Factory - Smart & Delicious Low Carb High Fiber Whole Wheat Tortilla...these are packed with fiber and only have 80 cal per wrap....yummy
