Which one has help you lose weight AND keep it off? Eating what your TDEE is or eating less? Or something else? What methods have you done to keep the weight off if you are at your goal? Thanks!

TDEE minus between 15-20% is what is working for me.0

If you understand what TDEE means then this hits me as an awfully strange question.0

TDEE is total daily energy expenditure, which is to say it's the number of calories you need to maintain. So to lose, you'd need to eat less than your TDEE.0

Anything under your TDEE should result in weight loss.0

My trainer had me work my way up to TDEE before I went back down in calories. The reasoning behind that because my body was used to not having enough calories and to function optimally he wanted me to add till I hit it. It has worked for me so far and though it is a slow process it is one I can live with, without deprivation.0
